• Multi-Member LLC
• If your company is an LLC with more than one member, please note that each member of the LLC must also file a tax return. The filing deadline for your LLC is March 15. • Single-Member LLC
• If your company is an LLC with only one single member, your LLC WILL NOT have to file a tax return. The LLC will be considered a disregarded entity by the IRS. The single member will, however, have to file a personal tax return and include your business income and expenses on the schedule C portion of your individual tax return.
